1. Who can become a member of the Tickblaze Community?

To join the Tickblaze Community, you must have an active account with the Tickblaze Trading platform. Membership includes those on a free trial or with a paid subscription. Non-members can still access certain features but won’t have full engagement rights in the community.

2. Is there a fee to join the Tickblaze Community?

No, there is no separate fee to join the Tickblaze Community. However, you must be a Tickblaze Trading platform user, either on a free trial or with a paid subscription.

3. What is the difference between a “Non-Member” and a “Member” in the Tickblaze Community?

  • Non-Members (Limited Access):

    • View all posts

    • Expand all posts

    • Download all resources, such as images, scripts, and code

  • Members (Full Access):

    • Share posts

    • Create personal posts

    • Comment on posts

    • Add emoji reactions

4. What happens to my community access if I don’t convert from a free trial to a paid membership?

If you do not convert your free trial to a paid membership, your access to the Tickblaze Community will be revoked. However, your posts and history within the community will remain visible to others. Only your access to log in will be removed.

5. Can I regain access to the community if my account was revoked?

Yes, if your Tickblaze Trading Platform account is reactivated with the same email address, you can regain access to the community with your original post history intact.

6. Does a pending cancellation affect my community access?

No, a pending cancellation on your paid subscription does not affect your community access. Only a full cancellation will revoke your login access to the Tickblaze Community.

7. How does Tickblaze handle community account deactivation and reactivation?

When an account is revoked, it is not deleted. Your posts and history will still be available in the community, though you won’t be able to log in. Should you reactivate with the same email, you’ll regain access to your account and previous activity.

  1. How do I receive my invitation to join the Tickblaze Community?

Once you start a free trial or complete a paid subscription order, an email invitation to join the community is sent within 30 minutes. If you haven’t accepted the invitation. Log into https://members.tickblaze.com/community a button labeled "Activate Community" should appear at the top of the page. Simply click that button, and an email will be sent with the invitation to join.

  1. What happens when I get the email to join the community?

The email will contain a blue button labeled "Join Tickblaze Community." Simply click on that button, which will direct you to a registration page. Here, your email address will be locked to your Tickblaze account and cannot be changed. You will be asked to create a password. You can use the same password you use to log into Tickblaze or choose a different one. 

  1. What happens if I click the button in the email and it brings me to log in and not register?

This can happen for two reasons,

  • The link in the email is only valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, simply click the button at the top of the page https://members.tickblaze.com/community to send a new email.

  • You may need to clear your browser cookies or cache.
