Additional Note: You will notice that some of the templates in the attached desktop have more than one directional filter applied. For a strategy like this that produces a large number of trades, that can be very beneficial for improving performance. Also remember that the Core Algo Engine allows you to hide the EMA (or other component) on the chart even though it might still be used as a filter. So if you don't see it on your backtest chart, make sure you look in the settings (Example: the RTY template applies both a StepMA filter and a Market Structure filter even though you won't see the Structure zigzags on the chart).

Here is the RTY template we optimized today. This is set up for Pacific Time Zone. If you are not in Pacific, then make sure you convert all the Pacific times in the "Time Controls" section to your local time zone.

I am posting here a saved desktop with the NQ settings after the optimization example I went through today. This is for Pacific time zone. If you are not in Pacific time zone, you need to adjust all the time settings in the "Time Controls" section. All the times in that section are Pacific times, including the Inactive Trade Windows (Blockers). See link below to download the desktop.
