issue with tickblaze and ignite copier

Built 2.0.0.107 rc 1118 i am using ignite copier to copy five accounts. i just took 1 trade this morning at 8:35 am on GC 2 minutes later i wanted to close it and the buttons were not responding and copier not responding i followed all instructions i was told to do from support wich is diconnect from broker and reconect i did that didnt work couldnt close the positions i diconnected from data and reconnected again didnt work i still couldnt close the positions i tried all the buttons on the plattform to close the the positions none of them responded i kept hearing voice saying position open position closed every time, i could see the positions open on open positions window tried to use close positions option many times but not responding, i did flatten accounts from ignite copier many tines not of them responded,this is not the first time yhis is happen i already sent many support tickets about same issue but been getting ticket received as a responce from you. some how when all the 5 accounts i was trading with copier reached the max loss and lost them they got all closed automatically. now i dont want to start speculating or anything but somehow i noticed everytime i reach the benchmark and start trading to get paid this problem start hapenning and i reached out to PST many times and they refuse to look at this issue and saying i am responsible for the copier. i just got those 5 accounts yesterday with one of the passed the first benchmark and now all of them are lost because not responding platform and not responding ignite copier. all my accounts have one single connection with tickblaze PTS broker and data, i have been with tickblase for a year now and i support and beleive in the company infact that i stopped using ninjatrader but this unfare this not professional practic coming from your company, i am sending a copy of this email to PTS and i am posting it in the community and internet. PEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE i am here wasting my time writing this email and blowing up accounts because of this issue and as i said before i have sent many support tickets in the past with no assistance from your side.
