Dear Sean K and support. I have had an inquiry regarding my payout review for my two Gladiator accounts that are in good standing. I have a payout request still pending that has not been reviewed and this has already been sent to support since Noon on Friday and I have not been in touch with the appropriate support member to address this issue. It has been escalated but we are already getting on in the day and the Asian session is looming and I don't feel as though it is fair to me as one of your loyal Gladiators in the markets to have this issue not appropriately addressed as we start a new trading week.
*Update: while writing this this morning the payout request button has just become available for me in one account but not the other eligible account around 10:30 CST. *
I have the date and time on the second request so you can see it is current.
I have maintained consistency, followed my plan, trading within all the rules and all my trades in the traders dashboard are compliant and reasonable. My max MAE over the last two weeks is a mere 2% showing that I am having good consistent reliable and explainable returns. My plan is indeed to go pro and be a real funded live trader with a strategy and performance that is absolutely scalable in live markets. I am not here for fly by night, I did not show up with $200 and a dream. I am here to make this business work and partner with the very best firm which I still believe is PST.
In these graphs for my two accounts in question, you can see a smooth reliable return without any significant | repetitive jumps.
Here are some metrics and graphs from TB and from Rithmic to show that I am as consistent as I possibly can be and don't take days off unless there is something unavoidable or planned like Holiday, Doctors appointments, work or family etc. But just as I reliably show up to my day job I do show up to trade.

And just as an aside. I work in healthcare in Physical Therapy as a therapist and director with deadlines, patients to assist with, meetings and paperwork etc. We do not get a retirement in the setting I work in with the elderly and this has been, since 2013, my plan for retirement, I take trading extremely seriously as it is the difference between me having a retirement or not having one at all.
I am grateful for the speedy responses I have been able to get prior to this issue but right now I would like some transparency please. I feel it is only fair that I know why this is happening and what is going to be done to prevent it from happening again in the future. I am still here for PST and the whole ride but this is a really important issue and needs to be addressed prior to the Asian open if possible and I would like some assistance on my payout review as I (my payout) was missed during the Friday review and I appreciate the celebration of the other traders that had positive outcomes, metrics and payouts, good on them, God Bless. At the same time I am here being loyal to your rules, being a supporter of the TB community (without any compensation or agenda) and I don't feel as though I am being properly respected as one of your Gladiators doing battle in the markets with real risk, real emotions, real daily challenges with work | life | trading.
As respectfully as I can possibly request. Can you offer some transparency as to what is going on in the backend to cause this issue, what is being done about it, and if I can still be allowed a payout this cycle as well as have a proper review for my pending payout and up coming payout.
Edit *At this time by end of day and start of Asian session Sunday evening. My payout option for one of my Gladiator accounts was never available and I did again miss being able to request for one of my accounts that was able to meet all the targets to payout eligibility.*
